1) Schedule your In-Home Estimate
Our Installers will make an assessment of your desired flooring project and provide you with a free in-home estimate!
2) Measurements & Planning
We will measure out your project area and make a gameplan on how to effectively complete your flooring renovation.
3) Choose your Luxury Vinyl
Our team will help you find your favourite plank from our line of Konig Luxury Vinyl, which has some of the most popular and trendy styles.
4) Removal and Installation
Once you've selected your vinyl, our team will complete the removal of your old floor, and begin preparation and installation of your luxury vinyl floor.

GET YOUR ESTIMATE
One of our team members will schedule a time to come to your home or commercial property to make an assessment of your desired flooring project.
Our installers will determine if your current flooring requires removal, as well as whether or not your sub floor will require additional preparation or repairs before beginning installation of your luxury vinyl floor.
STEP TWO
PLANNING
Our installer will take measurements of our project area and create a game-plan on how to effectively complete your flooring renovation in a timely manner.
This includes everything from removal, and preparation, all the way to install and clean-up.
Once we have a project plan made, our team will help you find the best Konig Luxury Vinyl in the style and pattern you want for your dream project.

CHOOSE YOUR PLANK
Whether you're looking for durability, cost-effectiveness, style, or all of the above, our large selection of always-in-stock inventory gives you hundreds of options for our flooring installation.
Since we manufacture our own luxury vinyl plank, we can also pass the savings on to you by removing the distributor and middle-man.
STEP FOUR
INSTALLATION
Once you've selected your vinyl, our professional installers will begin the removal of your old floor, if necessary, and begin the preparation and installation of your new luxury vinyl floor.
Project times may vary depending on the size and preparation/finishing requirements of your flooring renovation.
